Emergency Dispatch
We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Franklin Lakes, NJ storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Franklin Lakes, NJ Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Franklin Lakes, NJ coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.
